Global warming is becoming more and more sever. In order to fulfill corporate social responsibilities and reduce energy consumption, ShareHope Medicine Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries implement no smoking bans at workplace and business premises, promote recycle and reuse, and turn off electric lights and air conditioners after leaving the area. At the same time, make good use of information technology to improve the operational process and paperless procedures, bring in TT in June2012; and EF in June 2012. The electronic invoicing system was launched in May2018. For internal management, payroll, announcements, meeting notifications, meeting minutes, etc. are handled by e-mail electronic files. ShareHope Medicine Co., Ltd. strives to save energy. The air-conditioning temperature is set from 26 to 27 degrees. The annual gifts are purchased all together to avoid extravagance and waste, and indirectly reduce greenhouse gas emissions. In this work, the implementation status of environmental protection actions in the office includes:
